About Me
My goals....to do at least 6 days of cardio between 30-45 min per day, do strenght training 3x per week (total body) and cut down on my chocolate intake!! I am starting SBD Phase 1 today, Oct 12!

Breakfast - 2 eggs w/ olives, spinach, cheese, bacon, decaf coffee Snack - pepperoni and string cheese Lunch - Sub on whole wheat w/ turkey bacon, salami, turkey, cheese, lettucce and olives, chips, 7-up plus Snack - Atkins shake w/ banana and vanilla yogurt Supper - Taco Casserole, soy milk, salad, sugar-free mini reese's and hersheys Water - 56 oz.
