| Today was a good training day. I was not sure if I was going to feel pain in my shoulder again, or pain in my left forearm.
I trained hard today but the shoulder is not worse than before and my forearm is better!
I added weight on all exercises today, great work!

| Had no school before lunch. But still got up at 9 to go running.
I ran the 2,5km track and beat my personal record on it. Feelt like I was going to die! =)
Had about 8 hours of sleep. Lots of dreaming and lots of waking up in the middle of the night. Not very nice.
Its raining outside, so Im skipping school.

| I have to interupt this workoussession since Im feeling pains in my left forearm during Cable Cross.
This sucks, I really dont want to get hurt. Ill take a day off and see how I feel.
My plan is to continue with Biceps and Back on friday. I hope my forearm and left shoulder is good by then.
